AnyWeather Heating & Air LLC (“Company”), together with its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Any Weather Heating & Air LLC”), reserves the right to conduct contests, promotions, giveaways, and similar activities at its sole and absolute discretion.

All rules, regulations, terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, stipulations, and interpretations relating to any contest are determined exclusively by AnyWeather Heating & Air LLC  staff and may be modified, suspended, extended, or terminated at any time without prior notice, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

AnyWeather Heating & Air LLC  retains the sole authority to interpret and enforce all contest rules, to resolve any disputes arising from or related to any contest, and to make final and binding decisions regarding all matters concerning the contest, including but not limited to eligibility, winner selection, and prize distribution.

Participation in any contest constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to be bound by these terms and by the decisions of AnyWeather Heating & Air LLC , which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law. All rights reserved.
