Most Tempstar units carry a 10-year parts limited warranty with timely registration. Key components like heat exchangers may carry longer coverage — check your warranty certificate for details.
What is the No Hassle Replacement™ warranty?
On premium products, if a major component — the compressor, coil, or heat exchanger — fails during the coverage period, you get a replacement unit, not just a repair.
How long is the No Hassle Replacement coverage?
It’s matched to the product tier: 10 years on top-of-the-line units, 5 years on mid-tier, and 1 to 3 years on standard products. Entry-level products are not included.
Do I have to register my product?
What can void my warranty?
An unmatched system, improper installation, or failure due to abuse. Written authorization from the local Tempstar distributor is required before a unit is replaced.
Does the warranty cover labor?
The limited warranty covers parts. Installation and labor charges may apply — contact your installing dealer for labor details.
